Soak dates in warm water for about 15 – 20 minutes.
Once the soaked dates are softer, takeout the soaked dates and grind them to smooth paste (Make sure to deseed the dates), adding 1/2 Cup Milk to the paste.
Roast the besan in 1 Teaspoon of Ghee untill a good aroma is there. This shoud take 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining 1/2 Cup milk and bring it to boil. Make sure you keep on stiring to avoid the flour stiking to bottom.
Now simmer and add prepared dates and milk paste and mix well.
