Tawa Paneer masala
Ingredients –
Paneer- 250 gm.
Onion – 1 medium
Tomato – 3
Capsicum – 1
Garlic – Chilly – Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
Cardamom seeds
Garam Masala
Kasuri Methi
Ghee/Oil
Method –
Heat the oil in the kadai. Add cardamom seeds then finely chopped onion and let is cook till the Onion is translucent,
Now add ginger garlic paste and spices and then add finely chopped capsicum cook for some time then add tomato puree.
Cook for some time when this mixture leaves the sides add kasuri methi salt and cubed paneer pieces.
Cook for some time. Serve hot with roti or nan
