Stuffed Paneer Ragi Idli – Prize Winning Recepie of Cookery Contest GaneshUtsav 2015

Ingredients –
Ragi flour – 4tbsp
Suji – 2 tbspn
Curd – 1 Katori
Grated ginger – 1tsp
Oil – 1tsp
Eno – 1tsp
Salt – for taste
Paneer slices

Method –
Mix ragi flour, suji, curd, ginger, oil, Eno, salt properly and make a batter.
Put this batter in idli stand and stuff it with paneer slice. Steam it for 10-15 min.
Serve idli with green chutney.
